Steps to Obtain password(s) through Registered Mobile Number (RMN)
We at Parashara Software Pvt. Ltd. (PSPL) have always believed into offering world class products coupled with best quality Customer Support Services to our customers. It is our constant endeavor to enrich customer experience based on personalized customer support.
In the same direction, we are now offering a special service to our valued customers, such that they can obtain User Names and Passwords for our different products through SMS. This will be especially helpful for customers when they need this information after office hours or on Sundays and Holidays.
a) Kindly send us a message to 09001875000 from your Registered Mobile Number (RMN) in the following format:
PASS <Product Code> <System ID>
Example: PASS PL70 S12345678
b) Please ensure that the message originates from the RMN only. Messages from other mobile numbers will be rejected.
c) Please use the following product codes for our current products:

You need not specify the language of the product with the product code as we will automatically determine that from your record at our end. Please send separate messages for each product.
d) As soon as we receive a message on 09001875000 from a valid RMN in the designated format, we would process the same and respond back with the User name and Password.
e) You would receive an error message in the following cases:
· The message originates from an unregistered mobile number.
· The product code is invalid.
· You do not own that product as per our records.
· The System ID is invalid.

a) This service is applicable only for customers who have their mobile number registered with us (referred to as RMN above). Customers who do not have their mobile number registered with us can get them registered and simultaneously get their User name and Password by calling us at 0141-5104700/701, 2364129, 2362084 or by emailing us at sales@parasharasoftware.com
b) In case of change of RMN, please call us on 0141-5104700/701, 2364129, 2362084 or email us at sales@parasharasoftware.com so that we can update our records accordingly.
c) Kindly note that 09001875000 is a message only number. Please do not make voice calls to this number as they will not be entertained.
d) Kindly note that this service is available for mobile numbers issued in India only. International SMS's are rejected.
e) Applicable outgoing message charges based on your tariff plan will apply for all messages sent by you to 09001875000.
f) We are not responsible for non-delivery of passwords based on network failure, congestion or delay. In case you do not receive a response within 5 minutes of sending a request to us, you are advised to get the required User name and password by calling us at 0141-5104700/701, 2364129, 2362084 or by emailing us at sales@parasharasoftware.com.
